Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Every pair is kept in stock and ships from our warehouse in New York. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days after that — most orders arrive within 4–7 business days total, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Shipping is a flat $4.95 rate to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Q. Can I return or exchange a pair if it doesn’t fit?
A. Yes. We accept both defective and non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery, plus direct exchanges for a different size. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Email support with your order number and we’ll send a free prepaid label within 1 business day — no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Q. Is checkout secure, and what payment methods work?
A. All payments are processed through PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Pay with your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via PayPal Guest Checkout. No PayPal account required, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
